USE: As the equipment of manufacturing solar module limited to laminate glass, EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Sheet), solar cell and back sheet

Temperature uniformity in working area: ≤ ±1.5 ºC
Temperature control accuracy:≤± 1 ºC.
Temperature control range: 30ºC - 180 ºC
Pumping rate: 70 L/s .Laminating time: 2 - 4 mins (Excluding solidification time)
Heating rate: 135ºC at room temperature with 50 to 60 minutes.
Vacuum rate: 200 L / S, the limit vacuum 70 ~ 90 Pa, vacuum Time: 90 seconds
Silicone sheet size: 3800mm * 2400mm, 5 mm thickness. It will be changed after 1500 times.

2. Solar cell tester
The solar cell tester machine to sort solar cells according to their electrical performance, tested under simulated sunlight.
Testing area: 200X200mm

Illumination uniformity: ±3%
Test period: < 3 second for each cell.
Working period: 24 hour
Measure the required electrical properties.
